Your
privacy, and the privacy of all users of My ASI Print Team is of the
highest priority. This privacy statement explains what information
we gather from you, how it may be used by us and how it is protected.
If you have any questions, please contact us.
We gather and collect information regarding your company and
payment method relative your printing and mailing needs. None
of this information is bought, sold or otherwise shared or distributed
with any third parties outside of My ASI Print Team personnel
or their affiliates. This privacy policy applies only to My ASI Print Team
and is considered effective 05/01/2004.
TERMS OF USE
You are 100% responsible for the accuracy of your layouts. Please
proofread all layout proofs carefully. As postal regulations
are subject to change, you are also 100% responsible for complying
with current mailing restrictions for backside layouts.
All postcards are printed on a "gang run." My ASI Print Team will reproduce
color from submitted photos, images, or digital layouts as closely
as possible, but cannot exactly match color and density (as
viewed in a 5000K light booth) because of limitations in the
printing process, as well as neighboring image ink requirements.
The accuracy of each color reproduction is guaranteed to be
within 85-90% of the original image you submitted. We accept
no responsibility for color variations between submitted images
and the actual artwork or product they represent.
No refunds given once we begin your order, which means we have
received your necessary materials (images, text or digital files
and payment) and started work on your job. No partial refunds
given for work not completed.
Quoted turnaround times start only after all materials necessary
to complete your order have been received. Completion of your
job within our regular turnaround time is pursuant to receipt
of your signed layout / final approval. Expected delivery date
and turnaround times are not guaranteed. Your order may arrive
late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown
of equipment, bad weather, etc.
All materials we create in producing your postcard are the property
of My ASI Print Team. This includes typeset layouts and color scans.
These materials will NOT be sold or given to any other party.
We reserve the right to distribute free samples of your postcard.
Your images will not be used in any national advertising without
your prior consent.
You certify that you own the rights to use the image(s) being
reproduced on your postcard. DO NOT send any "one-of-kind" transparencies,
prints or artwork. Although we take every precaution to safeguard
your materials, we are NOT responsible for loss or damage of
images or artwork. When submitting your artwork, please send
us copies, not original files, as your artwork is not returned.
When using our Mailing Services, My ASI Print Team shall be liable
to rectify errors only to the extent of re-mailing a correction
or corrected job as soon as possible, and allowable damages
shall be limited to the value of the work performed. In no case
is My ASI Print Team liable for loss of business or implied
damages. Customer's mailing list(s), while in the possession
of My ASI Print Team, is the exclusive property of the customer
and shall be used only with customer's instructions. Customer's
mailing list(s) will not be sold or distributed for use to any
other party, and My ASI Print Team will not utilize list for
any other purpose.

Specialty paper and uncoated jobs - 3 Business days (unless
special paper needs to be ordered from the mill)
Die Cutting - 5 Business days
We will rush jobs if needed to make deadlines if possible.
All prices are from supplied disk or file and include bleeds,
setup, and cut to size (no file manipulation or corrections
of any kind).

Not responsible for PMS match.
Underage or Overage +/- 10% on all printing orders is industry
standard, Quantity's are approximate, we will try our best to
make count. Some pieces will be lost in cutting and Quality
control. If mailing we strongly advise ordering 10% over to
insure your mailing count is met. We will not be held responsible
for any loss due to shipping carrier. All printing is packaged
bulk in cartons and is not shrink wrapped . Please inspect all
packages for damage prior to opening. All damage claims must
be filed with individual shipping carrier immediately. Printer
must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of any problems
( shipping, color, cutting etc.) |
